3–15 days for samples. Depending on the designs,
15–20 days for silver and brass mass products
10 to 25 for CNC-made stainless steel products.
35–50 days for stainless steel mass products
➢ 3. How much do your bags cost?
Once a project is submitted upon your quote request, we take your bag project specs (i.e., quantity, material, size, and logo) and prepare a quote-estimate for you within 1-2 business days.
One thing is for sure: we stand by our reputation for being one of the most competitively priced bag manufacturers in the industry.
➢ 4. What are the available choices for jewelry material?
Sterling silver, brass, stainless steel, or aluminum
➢ 5. What are your shipping options?
1) DHL, UPS, and FedEx can be used for door-to-door shipping of smaller quantities. These options are more expensive, but the delivery time is shorter and more reliable.
2) If the quantity is very large, we can offer sea freight service. The destination of the shipment will be the nearest international seaport. We will arrange for a trucking company to pick up the shipment at the port and deliver it to the client’s warehouse.
3) Standard Courier: 3-5 Days
Standard Air Delivery: 4-7 Days
Standard sea delivery: 18–35 days.
➢ 6. Do you provide custom packaging?
Yes. Our standard packaging is 200 pieces per carton, but custom packaging is also available.
➢ 7. Do you charge for designs?
Of course not for the first sample! Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with all of our clients. We offer our creative design services at no charge for the first sample.
➢ 8. What artwork format do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD files.
➢ 9. What if I want design changes?
Usually, our clients ask us to tweak a few specs on the jewelry, whether it be colors, layout, or artwork changes. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another.
Whatever the revision, big or small, we will continue to revise your bag designs until you are satisfied with them.
➢ 10. Do you provide a pre-production sample?
Yes, a virtual (digital) sample is provided for each confirmed order. For orders with critical color, a physical pre-production sample can be ordered at an additional cost. Ordering a physical pre-production sample will add 2-3 weeks to the total time required to produce your order, due to separate set-ups and the time required for international shipping on the physical pre-production sample.
➢ 11. How long does it take to get a pre-production sample?
A printing layout will be provided within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. A physical pre-production sample usually takes 3–7 days—to make the printing plates, produce the sample, then deliver it to your door.
➢ 12. Are samples free?
We offer a 1 pc free sample for the first design of a new customer if the design is not complex.
Similar random jewelry—no more than 3 pieces—can be provided without charge. Only freight should be on your side.
➢ 13. What are your payment terms?
Once the full order is confirmed, a 30% order deposit is due.
The balance is due when production is complete and before shipments.
For special payment term requests, speak to your project manager.
➢ 14. Which payment methods do you accept?

➢ 15. Can you accommodate rush orders?
Yes, we can provide a 10–20-day turn-around after approval of the printing layout or a physical pre-production sample shipped by air or courier.
