3D Printer
➤ Zyo Jewelry own a 3D printer. It can print the exact prototype from 3D Jewelry Designs in 6 hours. This help us to confirm the designs with customers quickly.
Wax Injector
➤ The wax injector is a very important and common machine for us to make wax casting. Jewelry with fine details can be realized efficiently with it.
Auto Polisher
➤ These polishers can polish the surface of jewelries to make sure most of the parts are flat and smooth enough. The wastewater caused by this will be treated by Sewage Treatment System before released.
Hand Polisher
➤ Hand Polisher can make sure some corners can be polished perfectly also. It is demanded with experienced workers to process.
Package Machines
➤ There is a hot edsah file machine and a belt packing machine. The hot EDSAH file machine can help us cover a film on the gift box. The belt packing machine can package the carton with a belt to make sure the carton is firm enough.
Our Products
➤ We’ve paid the cost for EPR on France and German. So there is no worries for the customer on Europe. The products can pass the nickle test and Salt Spray Test.
The Plating Thickness can be 0.025-2.5 Micron. Depending on the requests of customer.
There are 3 - 4 plating layer on most of the jewelries.
